We have had use of our double drawer dishwasher for about 6 months since it was installed and have had 3 service calls, each taking almost 3+ weeks to get repaired. Customer service is a joke. Supervisors are always in a meeting no matter when you call. Service person this last time refused to give me name of company CEO or Chairman or a corporate phone call. When pressed said she was instructed not to give it to customers (gee I wonder why). Clearly no one cares about their customers once you buy this item. I want it out of my home and a complete refund and they refuse. Since I am a lawyer, I'm not done with them! Don't buy this piece of crud appliance.
