Good, common sense approach to weaning - offering a great alternative to the idea that we need to puree foods for babies. The book sets the historical context for why the puree approach was established and why that thinking is less relevant now that we wean our children at a later age. Even if you subsequently choose to blend your childs food - this book will give you lots of practical knowledge that is useful and takes some of the pressure off the first few months of weaning - allowing it to become a fun and enjoyable time for you and your loved ones! Read it - you wont regret it!
