eCAR Insurance are a DREADFUL COMPANY - I ADVISE YOU NOT TO USE.

There are probably a lot of other reviews that say this, believe them, this really is the worst insurance company I have ever had to deal with. They often do not reply to your emails and as they do not have a call centre it is impossible to get in contact with them. When they do reply they do not send consistent information and so it is very difficult to know where you stand. I am currently trying to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period, but they do not reply to my emails. I have had to resort to sending policy documentation and letters recorded delivery by post.

Hi there, I am putting a portfolia together of this scam Ecar insurance are pulling on people every day. The FSA seem happy to sit on their butts and do absolutely zilch about what has become a blatently established con for them, the evidence is simply a search drive away.
<br/>So I will do the hard work and I will badger them everyday until they listen. I am also submitting the same portfolio to Watchdog in the hopes that if I hand it to them on a plate they will air it.

<br/>I am hoping that everyone on this page will give me their name, email and if they are comfortable with it a contact number also. This way Watchdog can contact any of us for testimonials and evidence and hopefully we may be on some form of refund list.
