Ordered items online which 19 days after Wiggle state they have shipped them have still not turned up. Was first told to wait 10 days, and then contact them again, and now after 3 further emails, they have just stopped replying to my emails.
The only way to get a refund is to do a charge back on my credit card. To think a business this size behaves in such a poor manor is shocking. BEWARE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT GOOD.
