IDIOTS, inept, misleading service department. Just add parts until they 'think' they got it! They have no clue how to fix a Ford. I wouldn't trust them to change a flat tire, probably have to pay for a new sunroof!



Not only will they never get a recommendation...more over a warning to stay far far away from them! Let's hope we can do better than that!
