I travelled with my wife on 18-Juy-2010 (from Kuala Lumpur to Langkawi) and 22-July-2010 (from Penang to Singapore). I have never seen such irresponsible crew, both on ground and in the cabin.

I am afraid by writting that ground crew shown height of irresponsibilities.

And cabin crew..when plane takes-off, the crew start their bussiness by selling different items in the cabin.

I have ever bad experience with Air Asia.

One of my luggage is still with air asia, but air asia itself dont know where is that luggage (so irresponsible).

My future prediction for air asia is that it will be no more in few coming years.

The owners of the service shouyld realize the situation.
