Swimming pool is disgusting and cloudy, I don't think it's been cleaned since 1991, never a good experience when you have to dodge plasters and other floating matter. You have to take your own padlock for your locker which I didn't know until I was in my swimming costume and had to change again to go to reception to ask for one and when I did ask they told me I had to bring my own but it would be fine to leave my bags on the poolside for now!



I've been to one step class and it was very disapointing. The instructor didn't go through any of the routine before going into it, you 'just had to know it' - very unprofessional! No microphone so you couldn't hear him over the music and he seemed more interested in what song to play next than making sure anyone got a serious work out! Warm up and warm down was just a 'do-as-you-like' swing your arms and legs about with no direction - should've known then that it was going to be awful!



Will not be returning in a hurry which is a shame as it's very convenient to where I live and would have loved to go a regular work out class nearby.
