We booked our holiday a year ago(July 2009) at riviere Sands and after looking at all the options and the pictures of the caravans we chose the exclusive caravan because we were looking for something a bit special... Our first impressions were"WOW" the sea view was fanastic but the caravan was nothing like the pictures on the internet.The caravan was much smaller and the overall specification was nothing like we expected or was stated in the brochure.Looking back the lower graded caravans were just as good and cost a lot less than we paid. The pool and entertainment were very poor and the crazy golf etc were at an extra cost per person which was very overpriced and should be free!! They state that the "Bluff Inn is on site, however it is a five minute walk away and no where near the site but the food is adequate and the staff are friendly. There is one thing i will say is that the chippy on site is very good, the food we had was lovely although limited and i would recommend. I have read on other reviews that the staff on site were unfriendly but from my stay i must say that on a whole they were very helpful.
