“Ordered 2 items in mid july, still not arrived first...”

Ordered 2 items in mid july, still not arrived first week of august. Check order status and it said awaiting stock, although when I ordered the items they said they were in stock. Phoned customer service and was told there had been a problem with some internet orders and they didn't know whose until people rang to chase them. They offered to send them using next day delivery at no extra cost. Only one item arrived and it was very poor quality. Have returned at my cost. Second item I have told them to cancel, fed up of waiting.
