I used JE James many years ago as a child when I was given a bike frame for my 9th birthday and gradually saved the money to buy extra bits. I moved away as a teenager, but the bike I built, with their advice, served me until it was stolen 12 years later, covering several thousand miles.



I'd forgotten all about them until it came to buying some bits for my current bike. I did the usual google shopping search and their name was about 3rd on the list. Being the cheapest for what I wanted, I had no hesitation and placed my order. I opted for the free devlivery, as there was no hurry for the bits, they quoted 5-7 working days. I got an email and phone call the next day saying one of the bits I ordered had gone out of stock and they would substitute a similar, but more expensive, product. They didn't charge any extra and the parts arrived the next day by courier.



Can't fault the service!



The website itself isn't so great - it OK, but you should be able to go back and check previous orders. I'll certainly use them again.
