Have been a member of Nat west bank for many years and in general have not had a problem. However, started internet banking with Nat-west on line log in and have had nothing but trouble. This has included activation code being omitted from the activation code letter and today after I received another activation code tried to log in and failed again. Called the help number was told I had "Obviously not" entered the code correctly. I asked my daughter and wife to check what had been entered and it was correct but did not work. Waiting for another code to be sent.
