“service was really bad, when i called to make the...”

service was really bad, when i called to make the reservation they told me to call back which i found rather rude! then when i did make the booking they seemed to busy to even hear my requirments of a table by the window, when i did finally go fo rthe meal the service was awful but the food was delious so well done to the chefs but the service needs a good look at as it took me 20 minutes to even get a drink! my food came 1.30 hours later....REALLY BAD WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

All I can say is you must have put their backs up as I have been in on the hectic of evenings and you may have had to wait a while but they are always courteous and helpful as much as they can be in an environment that requires you to try and keep every on happy.
Not a fair general appraisal of a restaurant that tries hard to keep good standards to my mind.
