Were do i start, well we booked a holiday with travel republic to turkey, only for our flights to be cancelled with gold trail, we accepted this and were told to book another flight and we did. but unfortunately we hit the wrong button and booked for 2011 instead of 2010. we phoned travel republic straight away and told them of our mistake and thought that we could get it sorted but with the way they work with passing on to another department we waited 4 days for an answer. then out of a 600 pound flight we lost 320pounds. we complained to no avail. then we found out that if the complaint was dealt with straight away we would have no problem getting our money back. as you have 24hours to ammend your flight. then we had to book all over again, at a cost of 800 pounds. we could not get the same days as we had booked before and explained this to travel republic but they said that they could not get the dates at the hotel changed and if we wanted extra days it would cost us another 190pounds. so in all we have lost a hell of a lot of money no thanks to travel republic. we will not use them again as is such a pity as we didnt have any bother before, but this has made us veryscunnered us and we will be telling all our friends and familly and work colleagues not to trust them ever.
