They are horrible to do business with. They tell you that your ring will ship in 1-2 days or 5-7 days, depending on what you pay for, but what they don't tell you is that it can take about a week or more to make the ring. We had to go to another company to purchase a ring in time for our wedding. They don't have a telephone number you can call; They just use email, and don't resolve your problem. They beat around the bush. They wouldn't cancel our order after we requested it several times. Don't do business with these guys.
