I was extremely worried when I started with Harrington Brooks but now four months later, I have received correspondence from all of my creditors advising me that they have accepted my plan and the payments that are being made to them.
It takes about four months for the plan to kick in and to be fair when my creditors rang me to demand money I advised them that I had passed everything over to Harrington Brooks and they were more than happy to postpone contacting me again for another month. I it stressful starting this plan but you have to persevere and don't let the creditors bully you. I stood tough with all of them and now they have all accepted the payments being made to them on my behalf.

They have done the same with us. You need to inform HB about this and they will get in touch with your debtors and try to arrange an interest freeze again. They did that for us and and I think they are dealing with one bank still as we speak.
