“Very very slow turning around on dvd rentals...”

Very very slow turning around on dvd rentals considering large size of my selection ( purposely designed to get round this excuse! ). Customer service and non-explanations a disgrace. The epitome of a corporation without consideration for their customers.



For what its worth and may be worth considering using Blockbuster UK I certainly am going to complain to the 'top'. I have also now downgraded my package from 3 unlimited to 2 / month + free store rental - to show the MD where I'm heading - And remember if you are thinking about leaving considering moving to the limited 1 or 2 dvds per month is a good exit strategy because then they can't hit you with "oh dear you didn't return all your dvd rentals to us before the end due date.
