i have been traveling for a very long time and had the most harrowing experience dealing with these very rude people. they charged me for a hotel that does not exist. then promised to refund in full and NEVER did. instead, put a very obnoxious rep on the other side, who refused to give her name and used the kind of language that no one in the civilized world would use. I would say, pay a few extra hundred dollars and get yourself a real deal from real, actual travel agent in your town, and go for an actual vacation, stay at a real hotel, and have fun. to buy any tours with europeandestinations.com is same as burning your hard earned money up in smoke!
