i work for the n.h.s learning disability sector , myself and my collegue and the s/u we took came back from john fowler holiday village in st ives yesterday we went on the 26th july and was really looking forward to giving our s/u a lovely holiday , we arrived after a very long journey ,and was given our key and to our shock horror was so diappointed the chalet was smelly damp dark and dingey , there was no wardrobe space so we lived out of our suitcases which was a pain , the beds were damp and smelly , the entertainment was rubbish , i would not recommend this holiday to anyone . we should be given a refund , i really don't know how they can get away with it , it was not a chalet it was more like a shed ,we will definatly not go back and will not recommend it .
