Have banked with HSBC for the 7 years my business has been trading - Live in a seaside area so winters are slack. I have had an overdraft on my account which (normally) can be completly cleared by the end of the season. Have just recevied a letter from them withdrawing o/d straight away. I phoned to be told 'retails a risk' not replacing/renwing lending. I now have 20 days to clear amount or I'll be passed to debt collectors!

Love the customer service not - this could cost me everthing. So upset. I'm looking at moving - a job as all banks want copy statements - audited accounts etc. Also moving private banking which I've held with HSBC for over 25 years!
