We've been going to St George for 7 years. We've stayed at Stars 7 times in the last 5 years and in all those times have never found any of the problems that others review here. Rooms are much larger than some we've stayed in at other hotels, enough storage for us and our two boys. The kitchen is stocked with enough to make the basics and is exactly the same as all the other 2 star self catering hotels we've stayed at in Greece - if you want to be cooking full meals stay in a villa! The rooms are cleaned regularly, sheets changed regularly and the hotel and pool area are set in nice gardens.

Mila and Kostas are great and will do anything for you...you only have to ask. We've never found either of them rude, completely the opposite in fact - and we eat at the hotel but also out in the resort - they've never had a problem with us doing that...

Stars is a great hotel and the only thing that has ever spoilt it for us when we've been there other tourists who stay there who don't know how to behave when they are on holiday!
