“Myself and some friends went to Haven at the beginning...”

Myself and some friends went to Haven at the beginning of July. First impression was a lasting one, we had to walk for ages to actually sign in ... then we were told we couldn't sign in until 4pm ... it was 3.55pm, this was our first disappointment. Once we had the key we were told our accommodation was close to the clubs etc .... how wrong .... we needed to take the car to get to the other side!.



Now the accommodation was rancid, the main door was held open with a small rock ... as there was no handle on the door! Health and saftey is apparently not an issue!. When we eventually managed to get in to the apartment the urine smell was overwhelming! We opened all the windows and had to buy a bottle of air freshner from the over priced spar shop!. Then no bedding, not enough glasses/cups etc .... the fridge was on the lowest temp and barely got anything cool let alone cold. Stains all over the floor and not even a welcome toilet roll! The bathroom/shower room was awful no window and working extractor fan!



The only thing that made our stay ok were the staff in the canteen, where the food was ok, but I would not recommend this site or Haven to anyone ... in fact my sister has cancelled her stay with them after photos I had!



THe worst experience of my life!
