Though the rates are the lowest for where I want to call of any that I've seen on the interenet, the connection is poor. The first time I used my card it worked fine but the sound quality was poor. Every time I've used it since I can't get through, it's a really big pain! I finally called customer support. First they told me the problem was fixed- it wasn't. I called back and they told me they'll have the problem fixed in 2-6 hours, we'll see.
