Bought mchine has it was a super silent machine, however due to the pump it makes an annoying noise when draining out, two months after owning the machine, the drum paddles have come off, rang hotpoint and apparently this is not covered in their 12 months warranty and they tried to sell me an extended warranty to cover this repair or it would cost £105! Replaced paddle for £12.99 but other paddles have now broken! Maybe the drum is too big for these paddles as they as only attached by small plastic pieces. Machine is really rubbish and have decided to replace it already! I won't be buying hotpoint again.
