“On two occasions they have lost my bag for days on end...”

On two occasions they have lost my bag for days on end as well, and delayed flights for 3 hours or more. The support staff on the ground at airports lie, the cabin crew are rude and surly and when you try to complain you realise that their is NO telephone number to call, NO fax number and NO email address. It is strikingly obvious that the reason they dont make their contact numbers public public as they will be deluged by complaints.



Lufthansa are quite simply the worst airline in the world by far.
