I flown with 2 kids (3 years old and 1 year old)The check in crews were very slow in Jakarta coz I needed to wait an hour so they could find my name which i had confirmed a week before.And I needed to come back to get my immigrant departure card because they forgot to give me on check in.Running around at the airport was not easy with two kids.Then the man at checkin counter(YUNIARSO)still in Jakarta asked me to pay 1500 USD for my overload baggages for 15 kg which was very redicolous to me(it's more expensive than my ticket!) I used to get tolerated by other companies(China and Thai) when I trevelled with kids(they will let me go with my overload baggage)I found this man is without compension at all..I had to leave lots of things of mine at the airport in Jakarta.My bad experinces were not stop there, coz I had to take my two kids alone without babystroller(fault of MAS crew) at Kuala Lumpur and Frankfurt plus my 2 cabin bags fulled of babyfood and drinks and no one there to help me..It was really a night mare.Only in Frankfurt a MAS crew was there to help me coz I needed to clim my babystroller back.I tried to send an email to MAS costumer feedback but no reply until now. I just hope they will train again the check in crew in Jakarta.
