Orange is over-priced and the customer service on PAYG is literally appalling. My phone physically broke within two weeks of having it, and they have twice failed to turn up in their 9-1pm slot with a replacement. They don't even call you to tell you it won't be delivered and instead make you call them, again on their 25p customer services number and then can't even tell you if it even went out for delivery. I am returning the phone instead and moving network after 8 years with Orange. Today I was given a free number for PAYG customer services but haven't tried it yet - 08000790006 - might be worth a shot if you have to deal with them - best avoid Orange completely though.
