Disaster - a week before the Etape a crack was discovered in my carbon Trek. Of course I was very upset. I spoke with Evans and with Trek who both undertook to find a solution in time for the Etape. Thanks to the excellent service from Gatwick store of Evans a bike was found for me to cycle in France. Trek also worked with Evans to provide a solution in the event Evans could not get a bike for me.
Chapeau to Evans and Trek !!!
