This was the first time in 3 years that I had problem with some of the packages delivered from the book depository. Every package that they send is packed in protective cover, and theres no way for good to be damaged on any way.
This time comic book that I've ordered was badly damaged. I'm professional collector, and books that I order good to be good enough to be sorted in my collection. This book wasn't and soon after I sent an email to the customer service, I got my answer and I was more that happy with it- First, I didn't have to send any picture or other prove that comic was actually damaged, and that means that long turn costumers are fully trusted. Second, I had a choice- I could get my money back, or I could get another copy (which I choose). And third, and finale- There's no need for me to return damaged comic, and this way I'll save time and money.
I expect comic to arrive next week, and I'm more than sure that it will be in perfect condition. This company proved once again that they are serious and responsible. They care about their customers, and I believe that our friendship will continue in future, cause our need for good books will never end. Thanks once again for being the best in Your business.

I found this review very helpful because...It shows the lengths that they go to to provide customers with support in the rare event of an issue.
