RUBBISH, SLOW and NASTY TACTICS.
Ordered a house for our rabbit. Paid via Paypal.
After 10 days and two emails. Nothing. No replies to emails.
Escalated to a claim via Paypal. All of a sudden email stating order on its way. They also claimed that some items may take longer if out of stock. OK, but if they don't tell you its out of stock and don't reply to emails, how do I know its not in stock. They then start accusing me of all the problems. No customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
