Brand new Mondeo Zetec Tdci 2000cc Same cut out problem as previously reported by numerous other owners. Been to 2 Ford dealerships who cannot find fault !! Ford customer care not interested and state they take NO NOTICE of Web comments. Does it need a major accident to occur before Ford accept that there is a serious problem and come up with a solution.
