You can take out a policy for £19.99 which covers you for a year. Only covers accidental damage but that's fine if like me that's all you want. I couldn't find anyone else out there that only covered accidental damage. You can also pay a bit more and get loss and theft etc.

The only downside I could see is that you can't pay monthly by direct debit for any of the policies.
