I am into my third day on All About W8, after feeling exhausted and hungry yesterday I decided to step on the scales this morning to hopefully give me the boost I needed. Well that it did, 4lbs off!!! Really looking forward to weigh in on Monday and have had a permanent smile on my face since stepping of the scales. Defiantly recommend for those people out there like me who need to see quick results to keep the motivation going.
