I started this diet first on Wednesday 8th July at a whopping 13stone. The first week I did it Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. I then started it again the following Monday (18th), Tuesday and Wednesday. I weighed myself on Monday 25th and I was 12 stone! That's 14lbs in 2 weeks! I'm on my third week this week and all going well. I think the genius thing about this diet is it's only 3 days - psychologically that got me through as I've never stuck to a diet in my life! I did cheat slightly last week - had a little bit of milk in my tea but didn't have the ice cream. Also swopped Tuna for dinner with a salmon darne as just couldn't face tuna again. But seemed to work. Now to get rid of the next 2 stone & I'll be happy. Once I'm down to 10 stone I think I'll probably do the diet once a month to maintain the loss.
