DX Network Services(former SMS). The worst courier ever. It's really strange that Identity and Passport Service is still using them since the level of service they provide is so poor. I wasted many days waiting for them to deliver : they tried to deliver to the wrong address first (fortunately no one was there to take the delivery) and even provided the picture of a completely wrong property (they take pictures of the places they deliver to), then redilivery was moved to another day despite the fact that I booked it properly (before the cut-off time, online and called to double check) and no notification... When called client services they couldn't explain why the redilivery date was changed (another wasted day). So far DX (former SMS) has been the worst courier ever. Don't recommend anyone using them.
