My advice: DO NOT ORDER from them!!
This was my first order from Bon Prix. After 9 days of waiting I received a letter stating the delivery was on hold because I had chosen to pay by acceptgiro (pay their bill within 14 days after receival of goods). I was requested to pay to the deliverer or by creditcard UP FRONT. Since I was reluctant to PAY UP FRONT for goods I have not even seen or fitted, I called customer service.
I read some reviews, and was shocked with what I read. I called customerservice again to complain about this treatment and was told they had my financial credentials checked by an independent firm, that's why I had to pay up front. Since I do not have any debts, I was furious about the way I was treated and considering the bad reviews I've read about their awful refunding policy, I cancelled the order.
