I first used snapfish a couple of months ago. The photos were ok quality and some were dreadful with black splodges and very weird contrast. The original photo file was fine and it was the printing which was the problem. I began to contact customer services, but they have automated replies and it was too much hassle.
I thought I'd give them a second chance and ordered some more photos. I haven't received them yet, but I placed the order 8 days ago and they still haven't been shipped. I'm not sure when I'll get them but a two week turn around which is more or less what it's likely to be (fingers crossed) is too long.
I'll be trying out another online printers next tine.
