Worst Worst WORST company I have ever had to deal with. How they are still operating I will never know. If I could rate them in the minus, i would.

I am living in Canada at the moment and was searching for cheap fares Via London to get home to Australia. When I put my credit card details in they took the money but did not give me the flights. After a whole lot of BS from Opodo customer service (waiting listening to their crappy music), I faxed them a release from so that they could release the money back onto my visa card. They didn't fill the form out properly, mis spelt my name and didn't give Visa ANY of the details they asked for. When I called them back they assured me they had re faxed the form to Visa they blatantly LIED, as visa did not recieve the fax. When you call them back they hang up on you, or check with their 'imaginary supervisor' and then they 'hang up by accident'They are liars and scam artists...Visa are still arguing with them for the money back...and if ANYONE knows Opodos merchant ID number please post and let everyone know. As long as Visa has that information they can refund any visa/mastercard back the full purchase, and Opodo can go to hell.
