do not book with this travel agent its a joke i was missold a holiday and will never book again with this company,i was sold a holiday with a lovely hotel and when paid for was rung back within minuets to be told the flights had gone after arrangeing more flights i was told it was a different hotel i asked them if the hotel was a certain one that had bad reviews and was reassured it wasnt ,ON ARRIVING AT MY DESTINATION I FOUND OUT IT WAS THE HOTEL TRADING IN A DIFFERENT NAME .after numerous phone calls and incompent staff giving me different email addresses they have finally recieved my complaint now its a waiting game to see how long they get back to me so if you are unlucky enough to book with this company and they are trying to sell you club aqua ortikent turkey dont go because its formally the magic route that has bad reviews there are none available with it trading under club aqua ortikent.
