Delta shows very little regard for honoring its promise to fly you to your destination in a timely manner, and it does very little to make up for this. I will avoid flying Delta whenever possbile. It is the worst airline in the U.S. I look forward to supporting other airlines that are able to keep their end of the bargain and show respect to their customers.

I trust that more and more airlines will stand very tall to Delta, and Delta will eventually go out of business. It will be a great day when we can rely on great airlines no matter where we travel, and Delta, by being horrible, has given other airlines an opportunity to better strive for this. Thank you Delta for providing this contrast by being so terrible.
