“Terrible service.not the fault of the staff on duty....”

Terrible service.not the fault of the staff on duty. The one young chap on the bar had to deal with all drinks, meals and complaints. He was given no help from the so called manageress. a family occasion spoilt, and definately no reccomendation I doubt if this comment will make the least bit of difference. As falling standards seem to be the norm now.I was there for two hours and spent a total off 22 min waiting at the bar to order four drinks and two meals.
