like so many other reviewers i found phoning for any information a waste of time and expense .just told tickets were in the post friday before holiday following wednesday After a 45 min phone call on sat i managed to get tickets e mailed Persistence payed off JUST AS WELL AS THE TOCKETS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE POST DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL WE HAD LEFT FOR A MUCH NEEDED HOLIDAY .USE this outfit only if you dont mind the stress and poor customer service
