My phone was stolen 1 month, It came after 4 weeks and 4 days WITHOUT a sim card, finally got one from a different shop, on the same day the phone wouldnt charge!! now i have to wait another 2 weeks for a phone so in total 6 weeks with out a phone but still have to pay my monthly contract with no compensation what so ever. The operators are rude the managers are even worse!! no one at the company could care less

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I willl be taking further action and i suggest everyone else on this page or anyone reading this should, if alot of people make a stand then maybe they will actually care.

They also should by law have to tell you about the excess fee of £50 which a complete con!
