Just wrote a thank you note to the rep who has been dealing with my case and thought I'd also write an online review to show my gratitude.



Initially, I have to admit I wasn't sure about going on debt management but after being unemployed for approx a year, by the time I found another (lower paid) job, I racked up huge debts (about £12k on credit cards, plus council tax arrears and various other bills). by the end of the month, I needed to use my cards again to cover essentials and basic living costs - I was basically just paying off the interest then spending what I've paid off . I knew I needed help when a friend told me about their situation and highly recommended Baines and Ernst



Every thing was plain and simple to understand (even their fees) and they were always happy to answer all my questions which put me at ease . Once they worked out my income and outgoings, they worked out how much I could realistically afford which is a lot less than what I was paying towards my credit cards and meant I didn't need to borrow any more money at the end of the month. so in a few more years, i will be debt free and can start afresh and rebuild my life. I have still got a while to go and it's not going to be easy but my situation would have gotten a lot worse if I hadn't got in touch with Baines.



I would recommend anyone to Baines for their professionalism, friendliness and helpfulness and they really do help people drowning in debt. Plus, they had a scheme where my friend received some vouchers for recommending me!
