I think the programmes are quite good but the customer service I've just found out are pretty useless I only e-mailed to ask when a product which was part of a larger order was going to arrive and one week later I've still not heard anything apart from the immediate reply saying they would contact me, now I've just read some of the other comments and see that this is not unusual, and also that I'm not the only one who thinks that they take a long time to deliver. They could learn alot from QVC. I wouldn't have ordered that particular item if it had said they had no stock.
