“An absolutely excellent service. Problems with my car...”

An absolutely excellent service. Problems with my car (all unrelated) meant I had to use them 3 times in the current period of insurance. Each time, they took the details; told me how long the engineer would be; and each time the engineer was with me within half an hour.

I've just renewed my policy. Now all I need to do is renew my car!
