I bought the savage 93r 17 bv from cabelas. It is grey laminate stock with the heavy blued barrel. Also has the 3-9 tactical scope from cabelas. And I put a caldwell 6-9 inch bipod on it. This gun is extremely accurate. The tactical scope makes a world of difference. Once you get it diald in, its good out to 300 yards. I personally only shot at 225, but it was dead on. Had it at the 100 yard range shooting quarter size groups at 100 yards. I wanted to see how good this gun really was so i was shooting spent shotgun shells at a 100 yards. Now thats accurate. Its weight and looks is right on the money. In my eyes this is the best 17hmr on the market. I must say the only thing that I was dissapointed with it was the clip. It seems cheap and it only holds five.
