Our flight was canceled with virtually no explanation, like another passenger said, I am sure that it was canceled because they had overbooked. Customer service was awful!!!! and when we asked the girl at the counter if any of their partner airlines had space she proceeded to tell us "since you did not purchase a business or first class ticket we cannot put you on our Air France flight" Very insensitive, rude and obnoxious. Wow! what has integrity and customer service come to? I have experienced the awful delta experience a couple of times, but this was by far the worst. Delta Airlines??...NEVER AGAIN!
