I've tried several times to order items from River Island and have never been able to. Firstly, there is no manual way to enter your home address and the website did not recognise my postcode, therefore I had to have my items delivered to a friend's address. Or I would have, but when it came to processing my order I had entered my card info only to be told that my order could not be processed for whatever reason. This happened repeatedly, even when I tried a different card. Useless.
