My son ordered this item more than two weeks ago and despite receiving an email to notify us that the goods have been despatched, we have not received any further update - or the goods!!
I have emailed the company to advise of the non-delivery, however the responsiblity clearly lies with them to follow up(as they have already taken my money).
Not the best WEB experience I've had!
