For some unknown reason their website says things are in stock even when they are not - I have not had this problem with any other clothing online retailers.
One out of 4 tops is going arrive apparently but I placed the order 5 working days ago so god knows how long I will wait. I emailed customer services and told them to cancel the order. Two days later I got a reply saying my order had been cancelled but one top was going to be dispatched (as above) tomrrow so cannot be cancelled. I don't know why since it had not actually been dispatched yet.
I think they need to change their ordering system to have up to date stock control and also employ better customer service staff.
Don't buy from them.
